The antimicrobial effects of visible light on bacteria, mold, fungi, and yeast have been well-studied and documented for many years. Recent investigations have been conducted on the efficacy of non-enveloped viruses and enveloped viruses. We will present a technology overview and will demystify antimicrobial lighting.

Anne-Marie holds a BS in Nursing and has over 20 years of clinical experience in healthcare including ER Nursing, a specialty in Surgical ICU, Hematology/Oncology Nursing, Risk Management and Administration. After her clinical career, Anne-Marie moved into sales for fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Johnson and Johnson and Danaher where she took on roles of increasing responsibility including Regional Health Executive and National Sales Director positions. For the past four years, Anne-Marie has worked with Vyv as the Infection Control Specialist and in January of 2022 was promoted to Regional Sales Director of the Eastern Zone.
